A cancer diagnosis is not the end of the world.

We understand that patients diagnosed with cancer are dealing with fear, helplessness, and confusion. We recognize the difficulty of navigating the healthcare system while undergoing the complications of their illness.

Roche Philippines launched the Patient Helpline to remind cancer patients that they are not alone in their cancer journey.

Our dedicated hotline aims to support their current concerns and guide them towards the next steps in their journey by providing access to patient navigation and access to information on critical matters such as the following: cancer disease awareness platforms, nearby hospitals, diagnostic facilities and services; funding and treatment; and patient support groups.

How can patients reach out? Dialor #76243, then press 4 for the toll-free Patient Helpline number. Our Patient Navigators are available to attend to patient concerns on Mondays to Fridays, 8 am to 5 pm, except during holidays.
